About Return & Exchange

Items can not be returned in the following conditions:

1.Without the shopping bills or invoice

2.Lack of any samples or accessories with the item

3.Lack of purchase record with GreenSound

4.After 7 days from parcel received

5.Items not purchased from GreenSound

6.Items has been used

If there is a problem in the item itself, please contact our customer service center to apply for exchange (Only exchange items as the same as purchased).

About shipping

The shipping fee will be borne by GreenSound if the request for return and exchange is due to a quality problem in the item itself.

The shipping fee will be borne by customers if the request for return is due to customers’ personal dissatisfaction with the item, or objection on the color, size, and style. If the item is found non-detective, it will be sent back to the buyer at the buyer’s expense.

All replacement/repaired products are shipped by DHL/UPS/FedEx with your next order. (There will be an extra fee if send it by replacement itself, to ship with your next order will save a lot for you and us)  We recommend using delivery confirmation/tracking when shipping packages back to us.

About Refund

In the event that a suitable replacement is not available, then a refund will be issued.

Refund will be issued within 5 working days from the date we receive the item from the buyer if the item conforms to our return policy.

The actual refund on the account is subject to the relevant policy of the Bank / PayPal.

Refund will go to the account that buyer specified when purchasing.

The amount of refund is subject to the price of the item when purchasing.

The shipping fee of the item occurs during purchasing is not be able to be refunded.
